These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PCardz, including our website, mobile applications, NFC business card services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or clicking "I agree," you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
PCardz may periodically cooperate with third-party merchants to provide exclusive offers, discounts, or benefits ("Offers") to members. Offer availability and content may change over time (for example, seasonally or by theme/campaign) and may be limited to designated branches or locations.
To redeem an Offer, you must indicate your intention to use the Offer and present your PCardz card (if required by the merchant) before ordering or purchasing.
Offers are non-transferable and belong solely to the eligible cardholder/account holder. Images are for reference only.
Products, services, and information related to an Offer are sold and provided directly by the merchant to customers. The merchant is responsible for all aspects of fulfillment, warranties, and customer support related to the Offer.
PCardz reserves the right to adjust Offer content and conditions from time to time.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding the email address, mobile phone number, and password associated with your account, and for all activities performed through your account.
If you discover that your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at

. Upon confirmation, we will take steps to protect your account, which may include suspending transactions and usage rights.
The Services may allow you to create a profile and share content (for example, profile text, photos, links, comments, or messages) ("User Content"). Some profile information may be public depending on your settings.
You agree not to post or share User Content that:
To help keep the community safe, we may implement content filtering and moderation (automated and manual), provide in-app reporting mechanisms, and enable user blocking features. We may remove User Content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data.
The Services may allow you to add a PCardz pass (digital business card or membership pass) to Apple Wallet. Apple Wallet is provided and operated by Apple Inc., and your use of Apple Wallet is subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Pass availability may vary by device, region, operating system version, or other factors. We may update, replace, or disable a pass at any time for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
We do not currently offer credits, points, stored-value, or similar off-chain value features within the Services. If we introduce such features in the future (for example, loyalty points, promotional credits, or other value systems), they may be subject to additional terms, verification steps, identity requirements, and compliance measures.
Any such features will be clearly described when made available, and you will have the opportunity to review and accept the applicable terms before using them.
Some features of the Services may require payment. If you purchase products or services, we or our payment processors will handle transactions in accordance with the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders. If pricing errors occur, we may charge the correct lower price or cancel the order.
If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service immediately with photos for processing.
Certain products and services are not eligible for returns, including digital content (after delivery with your consent), perishable goods, customized items, and items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
If you created an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data:

Via Web: Visit our account deletion page (link provided in-app or contact support for assistance).

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required or permitted by law (for example, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance).
The Services may experience interruptions, delays, errors, or failures from time to time, which may cause inconvenience, data loss, or other issues. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCardz is not liable for any damages caused by your use (or inability to use) the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCardz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use (or inability to use) the Services.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to PCardz (if any) for the specific disputed transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Disputes arising from the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan, except where otherwise mandatorily required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be interpreted to achieve the original intent to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

優惠所涉及之產品、服務與資訊係由商戶直接銷售並提供給客戶。商戶對優惠相關之履約、保固與客戶支援負全部責任。
PCardz 保留隨時調整優惠內容與條件之權利。
如您建立帳戶，您同意提供正確資訊並保持更新。您應妥善保管與帳戶相關之電子郵件地址、手機號碼與密碼， 並對透過您帳戶執行之所有活動負責。
若您發現帳戶遭盜用，請立即通知我們：

。經確認後，我們將採取措施保護您的帳戶，可能包括暫停交易與使用權限。
本服務可能允許您建立個人檔案並分享內容（例如個人檔案文字、照片、連結、留言或訊息）（「使用者內容」）。 依您的設定，部分個人檔案資訊可能為公開。
您同意不得發布或分享下列使用者內容：
為維護社群安全，我們可能實施內容過濾與審核（自動化與人工）、提供 App 內檢舉機制，並啟用使用者封鎖功能。 我們可能移除違規之使用者內容或限制違反本條款或適用法律之帳戶。

本服務可能允許您將 PCardz 票卡（數位名片或會員卡）加入 Apple Wallet。Apple Wallet 由 Apple Inc. 提供與營運， 您使用 Apple Wallet 需遵守 Apple 之條款與政策。
票卡可用性可能因裝置、地區、作業系統版本或其他因素而異。基於安全、合規或營運需求，我們可能隨時更新、替換或停用票卡。
我們目前不提供本服務內之點數、積分、儲值或類似鏈下價值功能。若未來推出此類功能（例如忠誠點數、促銷額度或其他價值系統）， 可能適用額外條款、驗證步驟、身分要求與合規措施。
任何此類功能將於提供時清楚說明，您將有機會在使用前審閱並接受適用條款。
本服務部分功能可能需要付款。若您購買產品或服務，我們或我們的支付處理商將依購買時呈現之付款條款處理交易。
價格、規格與可用性可能變更。我們保留接受或拒絕訂單之權利。若發生價格錯誤，我們可能以正確較低價格收費或取消訂單。
若您收到瑕疵商品，請立即聯絡客服並附上照片以便處理。
特定商品與服務不符合退貨資格，包括數位內容（在您同意後交付）、易腐品、客製化商品， 以及基於健康或衛生理由一經拆封即無法退貨之商品。

如依法不得排除責任，我們之總賠償責任以您就特定爭議交易實際支付予 PCardz 之金額（如有）為上限。
本條款以台灣（中華民國）法律為準據法，除非強制適用之當地法另有規定。 因本服務所生爭議應受台灣法院管轄，除法律另有強制規定外。
若本條款任何條文被認定為無效或不可執行，其餘條文仍具完全效力。無效條文將於法律允許範圍內解釋以達成原意。
我們可能不時更新本條款。若為重大變更，我們可能透過 App、電子郵件或其他合理方式提供通知。 您於生效日後繼續使用即表示接受更新後條款。

本利用規約（「本規約」）は、PCardz のウェブサイト、モバイルアプリケーション、NFC 名刺サービス及び関連機能 （総称して「本サービス」）の利用に適用されます。本サービスを利用する、または「同意する」を選択した時点で、 お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用にならないでください。
PCardz は第三者加盟店と不定期に提携し、会員向けの専属特典、割引、ベネフィット（「特典」）を提供する場合があります。 特典の提供可否と内容は変更される場合があり（例：季節やテーマ/キャンペーンにより）、指定店舗や場所に限定される場合があります。
特典を利用するには、注文または購入前に特典利用の意思を示し、加盟店が求める場合は PCardz カードを提示してください。
特典は譲渡不可で、対象となるカード保有者/アカウント保有者のみが利用できます。画像は参考です。
特典に関連する商品、サービス、情報は加盟店が直接顧客に販売・提供します。加盟店が特典に関する履行、保証、 カスタマーサポートのすべてについて責任を負います。
PCardz は特典内容と条件を随時調整する権利を留保します。
アカウントを作成する場合、正確な情報を提供し最新に保つことに同意します。アカウントに関連付けられたメールアドレス、 携帯電話番号、パスワードを保護し、アカウントを通じて実行されるすべての活動についてお客様が責任を負います。
アカウントが侵害されたことが判明した場合は、直ちに

までご連絡ください。確認後、取引や利用権限の停止を含むアカウント保護措置を講じます。
本サービスでは、プロフィールの作成やコンテンツの共有（プロフィール文、写真、リンク、コメント、メッセージなど） （「ユーザーコンテンツ」）ができる場合があります。設定により、一部のプロフィール情報が公開される場合があります。
お客様は以下のユーザーコンテンツを投稿または共有しないことに同意します：
コミュニティの安全を保つため、当社はコンテンツのフィルタリングとモデレーション（自動化と手動）を実施し、 アプリ内通報メカニズムを提供し、ユーザーブロック機能を有効にする場合があります。 本規約または適用法令に違反するユーザーコンテンツを削除するか、アカウントを制限する場合があります。
本サービスの利用は、当社のプライバシーポリシーにも準拠します。個人データの収集、使用、共有、保護方法については、 プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本サービスでは、PCardz のパス（デジタル名刺またはメンバーシップパス）を Apple Wallet に追加できる場合があります。 Apple Wallet は Apple Inc. により提供・運営されており、Apple Wallet の利用は Apple の条件とポリシーに従います。
パスの提供可否は、デバイス、地域、オペレーティングシステムのバージョン、その他の要因により異なる場合があります。 セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、または運用上の理由により、当社はいつでもパスを更新、置換、無効化する場合があります。
当社は現時点で本サービス内でのクレジット、ポイント、保存価値、または同様のオフチェーン価値機能を提供していません。 将来このような機能（例：ロイヤルティポイント、プロモーショナルクレジット、その他の価値システム）を導入する場合、 追加規約、検証手順、本人確認要件、コンプライアンス措置の対象となる場合があります。
そのような機能は提供開始時に明確に説明され、お客様は使用前に該当する規約を確認し同意する機会があります。
本サービスの一部機能は支払いが必要な場合があります。製品またはサービスを購入する場合、当社または当社の決済処理業者が、 購入時に提示される支払条件に従って取引を処理します。
価格、仕様、提供可否は変更される場合があります。当社は注文の受諾または拒否の権利を留保します。 価格エラーが発生した場合、正しい低価格で請求するか、注文をキャンセルする場合があります。
欠陥商品を受け取った場合は、直ちに写真付きでカスタマーサービスにご連絡ください。
特定の商品とサービスは返品対象外です。これには、デジタルコンテンツ（お客様の同意後に配信）、腐敗しやすい商品、 カスタマイズ商品、健康または衛生上の理由で開封後に返品できない商品が含まれます。

責任の免除が認められない場合、当社の総責任は、特定の争議取引についてお客様が PCardz に支払った金額（ある場合）に制限されます。
本規約は台湾（中華民国）の法律に準拠します。ただし、強行法規が別途定める場合はそれに従います。 本サービスから生じる紛争は、法律で別途強制的に定められている場合を除き、台湾の裁判所の管轄に従うものとします。
本規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合、残りの条項は完全に有効なままとします。 無効な条項は、法律で許可される範囲で元の意図を達成するように解釈されます。
当社は本規約を随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合、アプリ内、メール、またはその他の合理的な手段で通知する場合があります。 有効日後に利用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
