Welcome to PCardz ("we", "our", or "PCardz"). We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data when you use our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to PCardz websites, mobile applications, NFC business card services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control.
When you create an account, build a digital business card, or use specific features, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
We support social login through third-party authentication providers (such as Google). When you sign in using these services, we receive basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) as permitted by the provider. We do not store your social media passwords.
When someone taps or scans your PCardz NFC card, we may collect limited information such as:
This information helps you track engagement with your digital business card and helps us improve the Services. The person tapping your card is not required to create an account, and we do not collect their personal information unless they voluntarily provide it.
We automatically log certain information for security, troubleshooting, and analytics, including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, access times, pages viewed, and click/navigation behaviors. This data is used for internal analysis and is not publicly disclosed.
If you use an "Add to Apple Wallet" feature, you may add a PCardz pass (digital business card or membership pass) to Apple Wallet. The pass may contain information you (or your organization) choose to include, such as name, company branding, identifiers, and links.
Apple Wallet is provided and operated by Apple Inc. When you add a pass to Apple Wallet, Apple may associate the pass and its information with your Apple Account and store it while the pass remains in Wallet. Apple uses pass information to display and manage the pass on your device. Apple's processing of pass data is governed by Apple's Wallet privacy terms, available at

We process pass-related information to generate, deliver, update, and manage your passes. For example, we may update displayed fields (such as your job title or contact information) or disable a pass for security or operational reasons.
We use the information we collect to:
Your data is stored securely using industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services (AWS). These providers maintain high security standards and comply with international data protection regulations.
We implement strict technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including:
HTTPS encryption: All data transmission between your device and our servers uses secure SSL/TLS protocols
Firewalls and intrusion detection: Network-level protection against unauthorized access
Regular security audits: Ongoing monitoring for vulnerabilities and threats
Access restrictions: Only authorized personnel who have signed confidentiality agreements can access your data
While we strive to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures, no security system is impenetrable. We recommend you use strong passwords and sign out of your account when finished.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
With your consent: When you have given explicit permission
Service providers: With trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email services) under strict confidentiality agreements
Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
Protection of rights: To protect life, safety, property, or enforce our terms of service
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified of any such change)
Aggregated data: We may share anonymized, statistical information that cannot identify you personally
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our agreements.
We do not currently offer credits, points, or stored-value features within the Services. If we introduce such features in the future (for example, loyalty points, promotional credits, or similar off-chain value systems), we will publish additional privacy disclosures describing what data is collected, how it is processed and shared, and any verification or compliance requirements. You will have the opportunity to review and accept those terms before using such features.
You can access and update your account information, profile details, and business card content at any time by logging into your account. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable laws, unless retention is required or permitted by law (for example, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance).
You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you service-related messages (such as account notifications or security alerts).
To improve your browsing experience, we use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and analyze how you use our Services.
